Directions for use: For a great tasting, delicious shake combine each scoop of the all new SRO(TM) ZERO CARB(R) Protein with cold water (depending on personal preference or desired thickness). The most consistent and effective way to lose weight and unwanted body fat is by consuming a high protein/low carbohydrate diet (with moderate dietary fat intake).
