Suggested Use

Consume ten glasses of water daily to maintain an adequate state of hydration. Directions: Add one serving (2 scoops) to 4 - 6 oz. of cold water and mix. For maximum gains in muscle take three times daily. On workout days; take 2 servings between meals and the other serving immediately after your workout. On non-workout days; take 1 serving right when you wake up in the morning and the other servings between meals. Do not exceed 3 servings (6 scoops) in a 24-hour period.
