Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Dr. Darren Burke (PhD) recommends 1-2 scoops with 250 ml of water immediately after exercise. On non-training days; take 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop at bedtime. For best results use PROMASIL every day and combine with resistence exercise 3-5 days per week.
