The “100” in Elite 100 refers to the 100 mg of six vital ingredients this formula includes: Coenzyme Q-10, alpha lipoic acid, resveratrol, EGCG, pomegranate and citrus bioflavonoids. Coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ10) - 100 mg. CoQ10 is central to all cellular energy production, while also being a powerfully protective and critical anti-oxidant.
