Directions: Take 1 serving (4 tablets) with water. Directions for Weight Loss: Take 1 serving (4 tablets) 2 times daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 largest meals (e.g., breakfast and lunch). For best results, use in conjunction with diet and exercise for 60 days. Directions for Energy: Take 1 serving (4 tablets) with water and consume 30 minutes before your workout. On days you do not work out, take 1 serving (4 tablets) with water in the morning. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 2 servings (8 tablets) in a 24-hour period.
