DIRECTIONS: Gently shake the canister prior to each use as contents may settle. Half-fill a 21 oz bottle with water; then add 2 scoops (70 g) of Prolong. Shake vigorously; then fill remainder of bottle with water. Use 1 serving per hour of exercise; up to 2 servings a day.
