Suggested Use

Preparation: Adults mix with 8 to 10 fl oz of cold water or fruit juice; stir until the powder is dissolved. (Should not be mixed with hot liquid.) Best when mixed right before you drink it. If you mix ahead of time; refrigerate in a clean; covered container for up to 24 hours. Some settling may occur. Recommended Dosage: 3 Servings per Day
