Suggested Use

Shake well before use.Refrigerate after opening. If not refrigerated; use within 45 days. Directions: Adults; give child one (1) teaspoon (5 mL)(0.16 fl. oz.) once per day as a multivitamin and mineral supplement. It may be taken directly or mixed with fruit juice; cereal or with food. Not recommended for children under two years of age. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a reminder; discuss the supplements and medications that you and your children take with your health care providers.
