Directions For Use: Shake well before using. Take 1 capful daily (1 oz.) with or after meals. Best if mixed with juice or fruit punch and ½ cap taken in the morning and ½ cap taken in the evening. For high energy demanding life-styles; use 1 cap per 100 lbs of body weight. Children use ½ teaspoon per 25 lbs of body weight. Color and taste may vary due to natural ingredients.
