Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one 8-capsule packet of OncoMAR(TM) per day. Best absorbed on an empty stomach, 1 hour before or after food. Consume 2 hours before or after taking any drugs or other dietary supplement.
