DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Add 3 scoops (1 serving or 150 g) of STEALTH(R) to 16 ounces of cold water or skin milk. Mix in a blender or shaker cup for 30 seconds and consume. For the most rapid weight gain consume one serving of STEALTH(R) 30 minutes before and immediately after training. Also, consume STEALTH(R) on non-training days first thing in the morning and then as a mid-day meal. It is important to consume 10 additional ounces of water following each great tasting STEALTH(R) shake. Also, make sure to eat at least three balanced whole food meals per day in addition to drinking STEALTH(R).
