Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take a total of 3 capsules daily. If possible, it is best to spread the dosage out throughout the entire day. Use for at least 3 menstrual cycles before expecting a significant benefit to fertility health. Can be taken for as long as needed to get pregnant. You want to have your partner take FertilityBlend for Men. Check with a doctor after 6-12 months without success. Do not take with Clomid or other fertility drugs.
