Suggested Use

Directions: Intended for people who weigh less than 200 pounds or who have high toxin levels. People who weigh more than 200 pounds or who have extreme toxin levels should use our 32oz ICE or use 2 17oz bottles. Shake well and drink entire contents. Refill bottle 2 more times with water and drink within 30 minutes. Tips: In order to get the strongest cleanse possible+ It’s important to drink plenty of water in the days before using this product; but only drink the directed amount of water that the label calls for on the day you cleanse.+ The product works best when taken on an empty stomach. Avoid ALL FOOD; dairy; caffeine; and tobacco products for 5 hours before taking this product.+ Urinate frequently to assist the toxin removal process.
