Essentials for performance HydroBCAA + Essentials is formulated with 150mg of electrolytes and 10g of EAAs, 7g of which are BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio for optimal recovery and muscular development while rehydrating your body. Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) Essential amino acids are essential because the body is unable to produce them on its own and must be consumed. EAAs are critical for cellular energy & repair and muscle preservation. HydroBCAA + Essentials Includes essential amino acids and branched chain amino acids to maximize muscle protein synthesis. Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine & L-Valine) Are the most critical of the essential amino acids and necessary to stimulate protein synthesis, prevent muscle breakdown, and maintain critical glycogen stores. HydroBCAA +Essentials is built to deliver 7g of BCAAs to the body fast and effectively.
