Prolab BCAA Plus is a muscle-preserving formula made up of essential amino acids L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine which are known as branched chain amino acids (BCAAs). BCAAs play a critical role in stimulating the production of new muscle proteins and help to reduce muscle breakdown. Unlike other amino acids, BCAAs are immediately utilized by the muscle and can be quickly depleted during intense exercise since they are a preferred fuel for energy during training. Supplementing with Prolab BCAA Plus delivers a flow of replenishing BCAAs that can help counter muscle tissue depletion and fuel new growth.
