BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) is a 3:1:1 blend that enhances muscular growth and strength while maximizing athletic performance. L-Leucine is the most critical BCAA because it stimulates muscle growth while the other aminos work together to help you boost repair, maximize recovery, and build more muscle. Alpha Ketoglutarate has been added to optimize absorption of the BCAA.
