DIRECTIONS FOR NORMAL DOSING: HEMO-RAGE is stronger than any pre-workout supplement ever formulated so all label guidelines must be followed. To assess your tolerance; begin by mixing just ONE serving (1 scoop) into 6 to 8 oz. of cold water before hitting the dungeon.
