Suggested Use

1-2 servings - 12-16 oz. - shake well Suggested Use: Based on your performance needs; mix 1 to 2 scoops of SuperCarb into 12-16 oz. of water. Shake well for 30-45 seconds. Consume before; during; or after intense exercise as needed for added energy. Increase your dosage if engaging in prolonged exertion for 2 hours or more. Use the following directions when mixing into larger containers such as a gallon jug or 5 gallon cooler: 1 gallon - Mix 10 scoops of Super Carb into 1 gallon of water. Shake well for 30-45 GALLON seconds. 5 gallons - Mix up to 50 scoops of Super Carb into 5 gallons of water. Stir thoroughly for 45-60 seconds.
