Suggested Use

Electrolyte Charge can be added to water or transform any beverage into a sports drink. Makes up to 10 gallons. Directions for use: Mix 1 serving (0.6 tsp/3 mL) with 32 fl. oz. (1 liter) of water and drink as needed for thirst.Optional use: Mix 1 serving (0.6 tsp/3 mL) in as little as 8 fl. oz (240 mL) of water for a concentrated source of Electrolyte Charge.Teams: Mix 1/4 cup with 5 gallons/20 liters.
