In easy-to-swallow vegetarian capsules; Complete Body Cleanse consists of an herbal detoxification formula to be taken in the morning; a morning and evening fiber colon cleanser; and an evening herbal colon cleansing formula. Read and follow all directions on package insert.All three products are part of each day’s cleansing program for 14 days. 2 Fiber Complete Body Colon CleanseDirections: Option 1: Take 3 capsules in the morning with 8 ounces of water and 3 capsules in the evening with 8 ounces of water. Option 2: Take 6 capsules in the evening with 8 ounces of water. If bowel elimination slows; decrease to 3 capsules daily. Drink plenty of water while using this product.
