Drinking Solution: Blend 30 grams (approx. 2 tablespoons) in 1 liter of water (approx. 4 cups) to make solution of magnesium chloride. Take 3 tablespoons of the solution with a glass of water or citrus juice. Take early in the morning and at bedtime.Magnesium Chloride Oil: Blend 1 cup of magnesium chloride with 1 cup of hot water.
