Suggested Use

Directions for use: Usage for first-time users: Take two caplets of Lipo-Flavonoid Plus in the morning; two caplets midday and two caplets at night for 60 days. After achieving some level of relief try a maintenance dosage. Usage for maintenance: Take one caplet in the morning; one caplet midday and one caplet in the evening (three caplets total) on an ongoing basis. If supplements upset your stomach it may help to take Lipo-Flavonoid with food.
