Suggested Use

Directions for use: Consume 1 serving (14.666g scoop) of Restoraid immediately following your workout (within 30 minutes). An additional serving can be used anytime during the day; before; during workouts; at bedtime; or anytime you need more amino acids. Steps for optimal mixing: Mix one scoop with at least 12 to 16 ounces of water; preferably within a shaker cup or water bottle; shake bottle vigorously; turning bottle upside down and right side up; allow the mixture to sit until all of the bubbles dissipate (about 2 to 5 minutes).
