Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Recommendations: Day 1 through 7: Take 3 tablets at bedtime with 8 ounces of water. Day 8 through 14: Take 2 tablets at bedtime with 8 ounces of water, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Reduce dosage if you experience abdominal discomfort or diarrhea. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.
