Suggested Use

Directions: Shake well before use. Adults; take 3 full droppers (or its equivalent of 45 droplets) and add it to 8-16oz of purified water or green tea; this is one serving. It is not recommended to take the product without mixing water or other liquid due to its natural potent taste; although it is not dangerous to take the product directly. Not recommended to be taken at night time.
