SUGGESTED USE: TRAINING DAYS: As an adult dietary supplement and to establish tolerance to this product, mix one scoop (one serving) with 8 ounces of water or beverage and shake approximately 15 minutes prior to training.* Once tolerance has been established, increase dosage to two servings (two scoops).* Do not exceed two servings (two scoops) at one time or four servings (four scoops) within a 24 hour period.* NON-TRAINING DAYS: Take one to two servings (one / two scoops) as directed to maintain muscle saturation of ingredients.*
