Pick your day for using Mighty Clean for intensive cleansing. 2. Shake the Mighty Clean Cleansing Blend Concentrate well and drink entire contents of the bottle. Follow immediately with 16 oz. of water. 3. Wait 15 minutes. Shake the Metaboost well and drink entire contents of the bottle. Follow immediately with 16 oz. of water. 4. Wait 15 minutes.
