Usage Instructions: As a dietary supplement; take approximately 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime. Begin taking one capsule each evening for the first seven days. If; after the first week; you feel it is necessary to take more than a single capsule per day; then you may increase your intake; which should not exceed four capsules per night.
