Directions: Initial Cleansing Program: Take 10 capsules daily the first 3 days with a large glass of water. (Capsules are small and easy to swallow.) Follow by taking 10 capsules once or twice daily, as directed by your physician, for the next 18 days. Follow-up Cleansing Program: After completing the initial cleansing program, as maintenance take 10 capsules (with a large glass of water) one day a month for the next six months; or more often as needed, or as directed by your physician. For best results, take on an empty stomach.
