Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: Mix 1 serving of Amazing Muscle BCAA powder with 8-12 ounces of water 30-45 minutes before, or immediately after workouts. On non-workout days, mix 1-2 servings with 8-12 ounces of water and consume on an empty stomach up to 2 times a day. Stir Up: Amazing Muscle BCAA powder is very easy to mix with your favorite beverage. Carry your drink on the go. You don't always need a shaker or a blender at hand. Simply stir up one scoopful of powder with liquid. Enjoy! Blend Up: Add a serving of BCAA powder into a blender with the desired amount of liquid and blend for 20-30 seconds. To make your Amazing Muscle BCAA drink refreshing, add 1-2 ice cubes and blend for 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Without them, protein in the body breaks down, resulting in muscle loss. Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), named according to their molecular structure, include the essential amino acids l-valine, l-leucine and l-isoleucine, and may be taken in the supplement form before, during or after workouts to help improve exercise performance and endurance in addition to potentially aiding in muscle recovery.
