For optimal taste, simply mix one packet of Fusil Fruit Punch powder with cold water and consume completely while beverage is still cold. Stir, Shake Or Blend: Fusil Fruit Punch is versatile in order to meet your specific needs. Fusil Fruit Punch may be mixed with cold water by stirring with a spoon, by shaking in a shaker or by blending in a conventional blender.

Directions & Suggested Use: Take as directed by a healthcare professional, or as a dietary supplement, mix one packet with 20 fl. oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage. Stir, shake or blend well for 20-30 seconds or until Fusil Fruit Punch powder is completely dissolved. For a sweeter taste use less water and for a lighter taste add more water. To aid in muscle fatigue, consume one packet 30 minutes prior to strenuous activity. To support muscle hypertrophy, consume one packet within 30 minutes following strenuous activity.
