Directions & Suggested Use: Take as directed by a healthcare professional, or as a dietary supplement, mix one serving (1 level scoop) with 16-20 fl. oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage. Stir, shake or blend well for 20-30 seconds or until Fusi-BCAA powder is completely dissolved. To boost muscle stamina, consume one serving during strenuous activity. To aid in muscle recovery, consume one serving within 30 minutes following strenuous activity.
