Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

DIRECTIONS: Blend, shake, or briskly stir two level scoops (57 g) into 8-12 oz chilled water and consume one to two times daily; or take one to two scoops approximately 20-30 minutes before each main meal (upper limit of six scoops/day); or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
