Suggested Use

Do not exceed 12 weeks of continued use. Take 8-10 week breaks between cycles. SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement take one 1/2ml dose daily. Mix 1/2ml (or 1/2 dropper) in juice or other beverage then stir and drink. Because of the alcohol base it's recommended that you mix Mamba Venom with juice. Use 20 minute before training; and ONLY on training days.
