Suggested Use

For adults; in the morning take 2 softgels before eating or exercising and in the mid afternoon take 2 more softgels. Take 2 softgels twice daily. Do not exceed 2 softgels more often than every four hours. Limit use to no more than 4 softgels in a 24-hour period. If you weigh less than 150 pounds; start with half the suggested amount for the first week (one softgel two times daily). Do not exceed recommended dose.
