Directions: A good cleansing program requires two steps: cleansing and maintenance. For Thorough Cleansing: Take twelve (12) capsules twice daily; morning and evening; 30 minutes before meals for 14 days with at least 8 oz. of water. Always follow with another 8 oz. of water. For Maintenance Care: Take seven (7) capsules once daily; upon arising or at bedtime with at least 8 oz. of water. Always follow with another 8 oz. of water. Follow directions for use. Take at least 8 oz. of liquid with capsules; follow with another 8 oz. of liquid.
