Directions: (Don't refrigerate)Sensitive/Petite: Take 1/2-1 cap daily.Women with a period: 2 caps daily.Women-Painful periods; Peri-Menopause or PMS: 2 caps daily.Women with No period: Take 3 caps daily for menopausal symptoms.
