Directions: Adults: 1 fluid ounce daily. The bottle lid is a one ounce measure. This product contains a strong natural ionic humic mineral concentration, and has an "earthy" taste. For best taste we recommend diluting your dose in a glass of non-chlorinated water. Dilution does not diminish effectiveness. If health challenges exist take on empty stomach and initially introduce at 1/4 dosage to allow the body to detoxify slowly. Build up slowly to full dosage.
