Directions: Adults: 1 fluid ounce, 1-3 times daily as needed. The bottle cap is a one ounce measure. Take with food for best absorption. Can be added to non-chlorinated water, juice, or other Vital-Earth products. Mineral Blend is a rich dark color because of the humic content, but you'll find that it has almost no taste when diluted in water. (Dilution does not diminish the effectiveness). Shake well.

Storage

Refrigeration is not essential, but is beneficial to protect the naturally occurring trace enzymes and vitamins.
