Suggested Use: Adult dose is 4 chewable tablets per day; providing 4 grams of fiber. Maximum dose is 12 tablets. Children 6 to 12: 2 tablets per day. Up to 3 days of continued use may be required to provide full benefit. If gas or bloating occurs; reduce daily dosage.
