Suggested Use

Directions for use: As a dietary supplement; begin by taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach before breakfast for the first three (3) days. An additional 1 capsule six to eight hours later on an empty stomach may be taken starting on day 4. Once the above steps have been taken; an additional capsule may be added to the morning dose. Under no circumstances should the initial dose be exceeded or the warnings on this bottle be ignored.
