Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: To assist with stomach upset, children 6 or more years of age and adults, take 2 gummies as needed to a maximum of six times per day. To assist with motion sickness, children 6-12 years of age, take 3 gummies 1 hour before travel. For adolescents 12-17 years and adults 18 years and older, take 6 gummies 1 hour before travel. Fully chew each gummy before swallowing.
