Suggested useTake 3 capsules with breakfast and 3 capsules with dinner.For superior results; take 12 capsules daily for at least 2 months or until fasting glucose level is under 120 mg/dl. Then reduce to 6 capsules daily for about 6 months. Some are then able to discontinue the formula totally; while others find that occasional use is best.
