Suggested Use

Use: Smooth Move capsules relieve occasional constipation (irregularity) and generally produce bowel movements in 6 to 12 hours.Directions: Swallow capsules with water. Follow directions of use unless directed otherwise by a doctor. Adults and children 12 years of age and older: 2 to 4 capsules at bedtime; and if needed; 2 to 4 capsules the following morning. Not to exceed 4 capsules per day. Children under 12: consult a doctor or pharmacist.
