It is produced through a patented fermentation and enzymatic process that releases two key tripeptides, Valyl-Prolyl-Proline (VPP) and Isoleucyl-Prolyl-Proline (IPP). AmealPeptide provides VPP and IPP in concentrations not practical to achieve through the consumption of dairy products.
