Directions for use: Take 2 tablets twice daily, 30-45 minutes before your two largest meals. Do not exceed 4 tablets daily. This product is to be used in conjunction with TLS Weight Loss Solution.

If you are pre-diabetic or diabetic, monitor blood glucose levels closely when using this product. Wait at least 4 hours between taking TLS CORE and any penicillin family antibiotics.
