Suggested Use

Suggested use: Based on taste preference; vigorously mix one scoop of Nectar per 6-10 oz of water for 30-60 seconds. For best results; mix with a spoon; shaking may cause excessive foaming. For those with lower protein needs; one half scoop may be consumed with 3-5 oz of water. Consume Nectar two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirements. Remember; the best times for consuming protein are immediately upon rising in the morning; after intense physical activity; such as weight training; and prior to sleep.
