Suggested Use

Directions: Take 1/3 scoop twice daily with water or your drink of choice; on an empty stomach. (3 g scoop included). Triple this amount in times of environmental or physical stress. For children; cut these serving sizes in half. For athletic training and recovery purposes; it is safe to ingest up to 7 scoops (21 g) per day.
