Directions: Mix 1/3 scoop twice daily with water or your drink of choice, on an empty stomach. (3 g scoop included). Triple this amount in times of environmental or physical stress. For children, cut these serving sizes in half. For athletic training and recovery purposes, it is safe to ingest up to 7 scoops (21 g) per day.

Close tightly and store in a dry place at room temperature.
