Many of our customers use Colostrum-LD as follows:For immune and GI health: 1-2 tsp. twice a day.Anti-aging: 1-2 Tbsp. twice a day.To help maintain balanced blood sugar levels between meals: 1 Tbsp. between meals.Athletic performance: 2 Tbsp. prior to work out and again one hour prior to bed.Healthy looking skin: 1-2 tsp. twice a day.Pets: 1/2-2 tsp. depending on need and size. Mix in small amount of water prior to meal. Directions for Use: Mix with 4 oz. plain luke warm water and drink on an empty stomach. Wait 20-30 minuted before eating.Suggested uses:General use: 1 tsp. twice a day.Advanced used: 2 tsp. twice a day.Optimum use times: first thing in the AM and one hour prior to bed. The bio-identical growth hormones and factors in Colostrum-LD work best to promote the health of body tissue during sleep. For more flavor: Just add an ice cube if desired; 1/2 tsp organic cocoa powder for chocolate; 2 strawberries or a few blueberries and stevia to taste. For infants and toddlers mix in with water or formula; yogurt or applesauce. Do not mix with any acidic or hot beverages such as coffee or orange juice.
